What legal data covers here, and what it does not
Legal data on the marketplace means U.S. court opinions and the layers LAW.co builds on them: AI case summaries for a published subset, and a case-to-case citation graph. Two narrow estate-planning tables complete the listing, one contact-only and one restricted.
It does not include a statute corpus, federal or state regulations, a full legislative feed, a citator or good-law signal, or any non-U.S. material. Record counts and per-court coverage are not yet verified, so listings say “Not yet verified” rather than estimating.

Legal category FAQ
Is the legal data suitable for legal advice?
No. It is research material. Opinion text is not official or certified, and AI summaries must not be cited as authority.
Why does the bill monitor appear if it is unavailable?
So the restriction is visible. Its data comes from LegiScan under LAW.co's key, and redistribution depends on terms that have not been confirmed.
Can I filter legal datasets by access method?
Yes. The dataset listing filters by category, coverage, access method and pricing tier, and each card shows which channels are open, pending or not offered.
How are legal datasets priced?
Court opinions are listed on the standard tier, LAW.co's summaries and citation graph on the premium tier, and the estate-planning table as contact-only. Tier prices are not published yet, and demo records are never billed.
Will other legal providers be added?
Any legal data provider can apply. Listings follow review of licensing, provenance and quality.
