Your Data.
Your Infrastructure.
Your AI.
Connect enterprise data, deploy private AI, and govern every interaction — all within infrastructure you control.
Deploys where your data already lives. Prompts, documents, embeddings, and records stay inside the boundary you approve — Data.co never needs a copy.
- On-premisesYour racks, your data center
- Private cloudSingle-tenant, dedicated
- HybridLocal data, flexible compute
- Air-gappedNo internet required
Four capabilities. One control point.
Data.co brings data integration, AI governance, private model infrastructure, and operations under a single policy and audit layer — so security doesn't depend on which team wired up which model.
Connect
Integrate enterprise databases, documents, applications, and APIs.
Govern
Control permissions, AI identities, policies, and data access.
Deploy
Run private AI models and agents within approved infrastructure.
Manage
Monitor, maintain, secure, and operate private AI environments.
Enforcement runs in your environment.
Not ours.
Control is split into a customer-local runtime and a hosted account plane. Access decisions, sensitive processing, and inference all happen locally — so app.data.co is never a dependency for enforcement, and disconnected environments keep working.

Connect the systems you already run.
Connectors run inside your network and carry source permissions forward, so an AI answer never includes a row the asking user — or agent — couldn't open themselves.
- Permission-aware retrievalSource ACLs are evaluated at query time, not copied once and forgotten.
- Classified on ingestFields and documents are labeled — PHI, PII, financial, privileged — before any model sees them.
- Lineage by defaultEvery answer traces back to the source, version, and sync job that produced it.
Open-weight models, served on hardware you control.
Run inference with vLLM on dedicated GPU servers, or Ollama for smaller deployments. Teams reach every model through one OpenAI-compatible gateway — and nothing leaves your network unless a policy explicitly allows it.

Every request has an identity.
Every decision has a policy ID.
Users, service accounts, models, and agents all get identities. A deterministic policy engine evaluates each request against data classification, operation, environment, and context — then allows it, denies it, or routes it to a human. LLMs never make the access decision.

RCM agents may read billing records for assigned accounts. Clinical notes require a treating-provider relationship.
Every tool call is identified, scoped, and logged — no tool bypasses policy.
Sensitive classes can't reach unapproved models or destinations.
Destructive or high-risk actions wait for a named approver.
Exportable logs mapped to the controls your auditors ask for.
On-prem, private cloud, hybrid, or air-gapped.
The same Control runtime, the same policies, and the same audit trail — whichever model fits your risk profile. Start in one and move to another without rewriting governance.

Built for industries where data can't leave.
Each solution starts from the regulatory boundary — HIPAA, privilege, data residency, fund separation — and designs the AI around it.
Healthcare
Private AI next to PHI, with access tied to care relationships.
02Revenue Cycle Management
Billing and claims agents that can't wander into clinical notes.
03Financial Services
Model access mapped to the data controls you already report on.
04Private Equity
Deal-room AI walled by fund, deal, and portfolio company.
05Manufacturing
Plant, ERP, and quality data in AI that never leaves the site.
06Legal Services
Privilege-aware search and drafting across matters.
07Commercial Real Estate
Leases, comps, and portfolio data in one governed index.
08Government
Sovereign, disconnected AI with offline licensing.
We can run it. You still own it.

Discover and connect trusted data sources for AI.
Searchable datasets with clear licensing and provenance — delivered by REST API, MCP server, or download. Our first provider is LAW.co, with legal data built for retrieval and citation.
Security is the product, not a feature of it.
Data.co is designed to support the controls regulated organizations already operate — HIPAA, SOC 2, GDPR, financial-services requirements, and data residency.
Private by design
Customer prompts, documents, embeddings, and records stay in your approved boundary.
Deterministic enforcement
Access decisions come from testable policies — never from a model's judgment.
Tenant isolation
Separate keys, secrets, and data paths per organization and per deployment.
Least privilege
Scoped identities for every user, service account, model, and agent.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS and mTLS in transit; encryption at rest with deployment-specific keys.
Complete audit
Every request, decision, approval, and admin action is logged and exportable.
Software capabilities support your compliance program; they don’t replace it. Current certification and attestation status is published in the Trust Center. Healthcare deployments include business associate agreement terms where applicable.
