Private AI is delivered by more than one company.
Running AI inside a customer's infrastructure involves hardware, hosting, integration work, and data. We work with partners in each of those categories so customers get a complete deployment without stitching it together themselves.
Four ways to work with us.
Hardware
GPU server, workstation, storage, and networking vendors whose systems we validate for Data.co deployments and include in procurement.
Private cloud and hosting
Providers offering dedicated or sovereign infrastructure where customers can run Data.co in an environment they control.
Systems integrators
Firms that deploy, integrate, and operate Data.co for customers, including in regulated and government programs.
Data providers
Organizations that publish licensed datasets on the Data.co Marketplace through API, MCP server, or download.
Expectations on both sides.
| Category | Partners provide | Data.co provides |
|---|---|---|
| Hardware | Reference configurations, supply, warranty support | Validation, sizing guidance, deployment tooling |
| Private cloud | Dedicated tenancy, regional facilities, operations | Deployment patterns, documentation, joint scoping |
| Systems integrators | Trained staff, delivery, ongoing operations | Training, technical enablement, escalation support |
| Data providers | Datasets, documentation, license terms | Distribution, billing, API and MCP delivery |
Criteria we apply before signing.
Customers rely on partners inside their most sensitive environments, so the bar is about conduct and capability rather than size.
- Experience delivering in regulated or security-reviewed environments
- Staff who can work under customer access controls, including escorted or cleared access where required
- A willingness to keep customer content out of partner systems, tickets, and demos
- For hardware, configurations we can validate and support across a multi-year lifecycle
- For hosting, dedicated tenancy and clear statements of facility location and operator access
- For data providers, documented provenance and license terms that permit the intended distribution
- Plain, accurate claims about your own certifications and capabilities
How a typical deployment divides the work.
Assessment
Data.co sizes the workload and drafts the boundary map. An integrator may lead discovery where it already holds the customer relationship.
Procurement
Hardware partners supply validated GPU servers, storage, and networking, or a hosting partner provisions dedicated capacity.
Installation
Integrators or Data.co engineers install the runtime, connect identity providers and data sources, and load the first policy set.
Operation
The customer, an integrator, or Data.co Managed Services runs the deployment under an agreement that names who may access what.
Partners work under the customer's controls, not around them.
Every partner that touches a deployment gets its own identities, subject to the same policy engine and audit log as the customer's staff. Access for installation or support is granted by the customer and can be scoped and time-limited. Partner staff do not receive standing access because of the partnership.
We do not ask partners to share customer content with us, and we do not share it with partners. Commercial terms such as referral, resale, or service fees are set in each written agreement and disclosed to customers where their procurement rules require it.
How to become a partner.
- 1
Apply
Tell us your category, regions, and the customers you serve.
- 2
Technical review
We review fit, from hardware compatibility to integration capability or dataset quality and licensing.
- 3
Agreement
We agree on scope, responsibilities, and commercial terms in writing.
- 4
Enablement
Your team gets documentation, training, and a test environment where relevant.
Our partner list will be published here.
We will list partners once agreements are in place and both sides have agreed to be named. We do not list companies we have not signed with.
Questions buyers ask
Do we need to resell Data.co to be a partner?
No. Some partners resell, some refer, some deliver services, and data providers publish datasets. The agreement reflects the relationship.
Can systems integrators operate Data.co for customers?
Yes. Integrators can deploy and operate Data.co inside customer environments, which is common in government and regulated programs.
How do data providers get paid?
Provider pricing and payout terms are described on the Marketplace provider pages and set in each provider agreement.
Is there a certification program for partners?
Partner enablement and technical training are part of onboarding. A formal certification program has not yet been published.
Can we partner in only one region?
Yes. Many integrators and hosting providers work in a single country or sector. Tell us where you operate and which customers you serve, and the agreement will reflect that scope.
How long does the review take?
It depends on the category. A data provider review turns on licensing and dataset quality; a hardware review may require test systems. We will tell you what we need after the first conversation.
