Data.co sits where systems engineering, security, and machine learning meet. The software has to run reliably in environments we do not control, including ones with no internet connection. Access decisions have to be correct every time. And the people using it are often under regulatory obligations that make mistakes expensive.
That makes for work that rewards care: designing for failure, writing things down, testing assumptions, and being honest with customers about what the product does.

Location requirements will be stated on each role when it is posted. Some customer-facing and secure-environment work may require travel or on-site presence.
Do you work with government or cleared programs?
Data.co is designed for government deployments. Any role requiring a clearance or citizenship will say so explicitly when posted.
